Using the Support Widget

In the bottom right corner of each page you'll notice our support widget. The support widget is the best way to contact us, whether you've got a question, comment or suggestion, as it will alert the whole team and you'll be guided to the appropriate team member. 



To contact us, click the support widget and type your message.



You can include an image of your screen by clicking the "camera" icon. 



You can also use the support widget to help us decide which feature to add next. Cycle through others' suggestions or post your own. 



Once you've crafted your message and taken a screenshot, you can click the Skip and send message button to submit.



You're guaranteed a response within a business day, though we're often much quicker.
