Viewing Call Logs

Call logs provide an audit trail for both successful and unsuccessful calls. To access a channel's call log, navigate to your account's settings page and click on the number that initiated the call: 



Next, click the 'Sending Log' button to access the channel's sending log: 




You'll arrive at the messages portion of the channel's sending log. To access the calls portion, click the 'Sessions' button: 



You'll see a list of outgoing call sessions. Click one to view the requests made during the call: 




Each request is expandable, so can view relevant parameters. It's best to compare our logs with those provided by Twilio or Nexmo.
